When you add your collectibles most abrasions will not be noticed. The only issue is how they look cosmetically, the cases function exactly as advertised.

These cases have a thin protective film on the exterior.
Thin film can be removed by hand, gentle pull with painter's tape, or a simple swipe of an eraser.
