Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages USPS: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Non USPS, please contact us at justjest_j@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do everything that we can to help.

International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
